Jackie’s Bootcamp
In this Strength & Conditioning class, we mix traditional calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio, interval, and strength training for a total-body workout. This high-energy bootcamp blends bodyweight strength training with functional equipment including balls, blocks, and slide discs to challenge your balance, coordination, core stability, and overall power.
What to Expect: We begin with a dynamic warm-up to activate your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and properly prepare your body for movement. From there, you’ll move through creative, full-body exercises designed to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and improve stability — all while keeping things fun and engaging. Expect a mix of lower body, upper body, core work, and cardio bursts using controlled, intentional movement. We finish with a guided cool down to stretch, lengthen, and reset your body so you leave feeling strong, accomplished, and refreshed.
All fitness levels are welcome. While each class will challenge you and push you to build strength and stamina, modifications and encouragement are always offered to help you move safely and confidently at your own pace.
