Personal Training
Meet the owner of Key Fitness, Lauren Bucciero! Lauren is an ACSM certified personal trainer, NASM certified Nutrition Coach, and graduated in 2022 with her Master’s degree in Fitness Science. Specializing in functional strength training, Lauren can help guide you in our private gym setting through personally-tailored exercise programs and workouts made to reach your fitness and health goals! Or, if you would rather work out at home or switch up your current routine but need some guidance, we will happily work with you to create or modify an independent exercise program.

Introducing personal training packages and monthly membership options for group classes, open gym, and independent workouts! Loyalty prices and packages are offered to clients that have been with Key Fitness for 6 consecutive months or more.
Individual Personal Training Sessions

Payments due in full at time of purchase, unless approved by Lauren

Monthly memberships by default do not auto-renew each month; please let Lauren know if you would like your membership to automatically renew and be billed on the same date each month

To cancel auto-billed memberships, must give notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to next payment date

Cancellation Policy
-
All clients should notify their trainer as soon as possible if they know in advance they will be unavailable on days or times they are routinely scheduled.

In the event of a cancellation within 8 hours of the appointment time or a “no-show” occurs (no notice prior to scheduled start time), clients will be charged full price of the training session or if using a personal training membership, a session will be deducted from the monthly allotted amount. However, under certain circumstances (emergency, illness, etc.), this fee is subject to be waived based on the trainer’s judgment.

Please note all clients must either leave credit card information on file or always maintain a balance of at least one session to cover any fees in the event a cancellation fee is incurred.

If there is no communication from clients after two (2) weeks, routine appointment time slots will be forfeited and clients may be added to the waitlist if they reach out to schedule again.

Membership sessions expire 2 months from purchase date if rolled over into the next month.
